Is OBOSS accounting software?
No. OBOSS is a tool for keeping track of your business: invoice records, price calculation, simulation and quotes. It does not issue tax invoices and does not replace your accountant — they keep the official books, and you export the data for them to Excel or CSV with one click.
How much does it cost?
The first 30 days are free: you enter a card at sign-up and the first charge comes only after the trial. You choose a plan at sign-up (Basic, Standard or Premium) with monthly or annual billing. Plans differ in the number of users, modules and AI import quota — see pricing.
What happens after the trial?
After 30 days the subscription to your chosen plan starts automatically and the card is charged for the first period. If OBOSS is not for you, cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing; we remind you by e-mail beforehand. After cancelling, your data stays readable and exportable and nothing is deleted.
How does AI invoice import work?
Photograph an invoice or upload a PDF or Word document. AI reads the supplier, dates, amounts and VAT rates and proposes an entry that you review and confirm. Every plan includes a monthly import quota.
Can several people use OBOSS?
Yes. The main user adds additional users (1, 3 or 10 depending on the plan) and chooses which modules each can see. Everyone works on the same company data.
Which languages and currencies are supported?
The interface, help, e-mails and documents are available in Slovene, English, Croatian, German, Italian and French. You choose the company currency at sign-up (EUR, USD, GBP, CHF and others).
