Website terms of use
This text is a draft for legal review: replace the highlighted placeholders with the provider's real details before publishing.
These terms govern the use of the website oboss.app (the website), which presents the web application OBOSS. Use of the application itself (login, company registration, processing of business data) is governed by the application terms of use, accepted at registration.
1. Provider
The provider of the website and the application is [provider's name, address, registration and VAT number]. Contact: info@oboss.app.
2. Purpose of the website
The website is informational: it presents the features, plans and news of the OBOSS application and lets you contact the provider. Its content is not tax, accounting or legal advice. OBOSS is not accounting software and does not issue tax invoices; the user remains responsible for tax and accounting obligations.
3. Copyright
Texts, images, the OBOSS logo, design and source code of the website are protected by copyright. Use for personal information is permitted; reproduction, distribution or adaptation without the provider's written consent is not. The OBOSS brand may be mentioned in the media with a link to the website.
4. Accuracy and changes
The provider strives to keep the information accurate and up to date but does not guarantee completeness. Features, plans and prices may change; the description in the application at the time of ordering a plan prevails. The provider may change or withdraw the website or any part of it at any time.
5. Limitation of liability
The provider is not liable for damage arising from the use or inability to use the website, from links to external sites, or from decisions taken on the basis of illustrative calculations and examples on the website.
6. Contact form
Messages sent through the contact form are processed in accordance with the privacy policy. The form is not intended for unsolicited messages, malicious content or automated requests; the provider rejects such requests and may restrict access.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are resolved by the competent court at the provider's seat.
8. Changes to the terms
The provider may amend these terms; the current version with its date is always published on this page.
